COMING HERE
Patients come to Park Attwood via two different routes:
- either by contacting us directly to request an Information Pack (contact us by phone or email), then telephoning to arrange an appointment with one of our doctors
- or by being referred by your GP, consultant or other health professional
treatment options
Park Attwood offers treatment on both a residential in-patient and out-patient basis (overnight accommodation is usually available for out-patients if needed).
The clinic’s doctors recommend the length of stay, in advance, and in consultation with the patient, to suit the needs of each individual. Three options are currently available:
- full in-patient stays: defined as those which are 5 days or over (generally no longer than 3 weeks) and which include a full programme of therapies and treatments
- short in-patient stays: short stays of up to 4 days which may include intravenous infusions and introductory/follow-on therapies/treatments
- out-patient services: these include:
- a single out-patient consultation with a doctor, nurse or therapist
- extended out-patient stays of 2-6 hours, with no overnight stay, which may include an introductory/follow-on therapy/treatment and/or intravenous infusion
- other out-patient activities including Oasis (a patient support group) and Mistletoe Introduction Days (contact us to book and to request a programme)
introductory visits
Introductory Visitor Afternoons are usually held on the last Friday of the month. These include a tour of the clinic, and time to meet doctors, nurses and therapists. There are additional introductions to mistletoe therapy. Please contact us for further details and to book.

patient feedback
At Park Attwood we value the relationship with our patients and encourage feedback on how they have responded to their treatment and all aspects of their stay. We do this formally by sending out a questionnaire to all patients, shortly after they have been discharged, that measures aspects of quality of life.
