An especially useful section highlights some of the plant substances used by nurses in teas and compresses such as ginger, chamomile and yarrow. A great introduction for anyone with general nursing experience considering further training to broaden their skills. This is a guide written by and essentially for health professionals, but many of the insights are particularly interesting to anyone who has experienced anthroposophic nursing and with hindsight would like a greater understanding of this approach.
